Therapy for Adolescents (16+), Young Adults, and Adults
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, of identifying strengths and empowering you to reach a new level within yourself. Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're feeling stuck in the past, unsure about the future, questioning who you are and who you want to be, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have sought services before, I provide personalized treatment, support, and guidance throughout this process.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting (BSP) is a gentle, mindfulness-based approach in which the client-therapist relationship offers a safe alliance as the mind and body work together to dismantle trauma, symptoms, body distress, and outdated beliefs so new, more adaptive perspective can develop and thrive. This healing modality can be used with adolescents and adults looking to resolve challenges and experiences typically out of reach of the conscious mind.

Clinical Supervision
With years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor, I share with you my knowledge and expertise so that you may position yourself for future success. My goal is to help you to operate with integrity, clarity, and to be Authentically you within your profession. If you are wanting to obtain a higher licensing level or even open up your own private practice, I provide Arizona Board Approved Supervision and guidance.

Clinical Consultation aims to foster professional development and achievement, personal enhancement, and expansive thinking, problem solving, and creativity to areas within your professional life. If you are interested in professional support and guidance, including wanting to open your own private practice or expand your business, I am here as your teacher, coach, mentor, role model and/or advisor every step of the way.
